Maurits Pot previously worked at Goldman Sachs in natural resources M&A, Vitol Group in crude oil trading, Kingsway Capital in public equity investing. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Middlebury College.

Matt qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, where he managed a portfolio of audits across the asset management and funds space, before being appointed as Fund Controller at SV Health Investors, a multi-billion dollar healthcare asset manager. More recently, he spent several years as COO of Bermont Investments, a global equities manager with significant frontier and emerging markets exposure. Matt has both a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Leeds and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Yuri spent over a decade at Majedie Asset Management managing UK and Global portfolios. As co-manager of the Majedie UK Income Fund, he helped build the fund from start-up stage, raising several billion in assets. He later set up his own long-only fund and sits on the board of a private Scandinavian biotechnology company. He holds degrees in Economics from University of Cambridge and LSE (distinction), as well as a degree in Bioscience Enterprise from University of Cambridge. Yuri is a CFA charter holder.

Erin joined as CMO of Tema ETFs following the successful acquisition of ROBO Global, where she spearheaded the marketing strategy and distribution of their ETF product suite. Before her tenure at ROBO Global, Erin developed her marketing expertise as a consultant at top NYC agencies, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the commercial success of Global and US brands, including IHG, Shell, Mars, Zaxby's, Chevron, and Reckitt Benckiser.

 

Erin holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BS in Business and International Studies from Wake Forest University. She also holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

JB is an experienced ETF sales professional who has spent a decade working with RIA and wealth advisory clients. Before joining Tema, JB spent five years at BlackRock specializing in iShares ETFs across multiple roles. In his most recent role as iShares Market leader, his responsibilities included developing sales strategy, delivering ETF model portfolios, & leading the adoption of ETFs. Prior to BlackRock JB entered the ETF industry in 2015 with State Street Global Advisors (SPDR) ETFs. At SPDR JB was responsible for driving ETF implementation within the RIA and Institutional client space. JB holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance & Economics from Stonehill College and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 licenses.

Chris is a global fund manager with more than 25 years of experience, 20 of which was spent managing a $5 bln global equities fund at TIAA, a leading US based financial services company. Chris managed the fund since inception and raised several billion dollars in assets over that time period. Chris has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Union College in New York State.

David Song, Investment Partner, has led biotechnology and healthcare investment teams throughout his extensive 25-year career at Rockefeller Capital Management, Millennium and Balyasny. He studied Economics and Biochemistry at Yale, is a medical doctor and has a PhD in Applied Economics from Wharton.

Javier is a consumer sector expert with over 23 years of investment research experience. He is the former head of beverage sector equity research at Berenberg and Exane. He is also the former head of consumer staples research at Goldman Sachs. Javier holds a BA from CUNEF Business Schoool, an Executive Program from Kellogg School of Management, and is a CFA charter holder.

Fan is an external investment analyst. He spent nearly a decade as an analyst at Majedie Asset Management’s flagship hedge fund, focused on global equities. Fan holds an M.Sci in Astrophysics from University of Cambridge.

Ben is an experienced ETF sales professional who has spent a decade working with RIA and wealth advisory clients. Before joining Tema, Ben spent three years at Pacer ETFs and five years at State Street.

Mike is an experienced ETF sales professional who has spent over six years working with RIAs and wealth advisory clients. Before joining Tema, Mike spent over three years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and three years at Putnam Investments.

Charlotte started her career at Citi within Sales & Trading, with five years working across Equities, Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange, before working as a Director in Investor Relations at Fremman Capital, a pan-European private equity firm. She was an undergraduate at Oxford University.

Alex started his career in 2018 at JDE Peet's in Amsterdam, the biggest pure-play coffee company in the world. After having worked on the firm's IPO in 2020 during his time on the FP&A team, he went on to help establish the Investor relations department alongside the IR director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder.

Adam built his first website at a profit when he was 17. He has been working on developing software ever since. Over the past few years, he held roles in engineering and engineering leadership at two of the largest European fintech companies, Revolut and Trade Republic. Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

Guillermo is a multifaceted graphic designer with over twenty years of experience in graphic design, user interface, and user experience. Throughout his career, he worked directly with clients across different industries and collaborated with several agencies and design studios in Buenos Aires, Barcelona, and Berlin. Guillermo has a diploma in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires.

Swarnim is a Chartered Accountant with over six years of expertise in managing finances for mid to large-scale businesses. For the past two years he has been working with RORA, where he oversees financial operations for some of the U.K.'s most innovative startups as part of their in-house finance team. He has worked with more than 10 start-ups ranging from Seed stage to Series B funded businesses. He is a member of The institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Brett Mossman spent over 15 years at Blackrock in several transformational leadership roles across Wealth Advisory, the iShares ETF business and Portfolio Strategy groups. In his tenure, Brett built scalable businesses and cross-functional teams across different regions to directly serve the complex needs of both institutional and wealth clients.  Previously, Brett worked at JPMorgan Chase, with experience spanning the Private Client and Investment Management divisions.  He has been in the financial services industry since 1996 and earned a BBA degree from Fordham University with a concentration in Finance.

Ogden Hammond was previously with JP Morgan, where he spent 10 years in the Asset Management and Payments businesses, including senior leadership roles in the global ETF business. During this time, he also served on the board of Global X Funds, a U.S. ETF provider. Previously, Ogden was an associate partner at McKinsey & Co, where he founded and led McKinsey's ETF service line and co-authored "The Second Act Begins for ETFs," a widely-cited publication on disruptive innovation in the asset management industry. He graduated with an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, an MPP in Science & Technology Policy and a BA in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD
