Tema ETFs to Rename American Reshoring ETF to U.S. Manufacturing & Reshoring ETF

Fund name to be updated to better reflect its broader investment mandate; ticker (RSHO) remains unchanged.

NEW YORK – May 21, 2026 — Tema ETFs ("Tema"), a leader in institutional-quality and actively managed exchange-traded funds, today announced that on or around June 1, 2026, it will rename The Tema American Reshoring ETF to the Tema U.S. Manufacturing & Reshoring ETF. The fund will continue to trade under its existing ticker, RSHO.

The new name more accurately reflects the fund's investment universe, which spans companies driving the revitalization of U.S. manufacturing. The fund's investment objective, strategy, portfolio management team, and fees remain unchanged.
