NEW YORK, Aug 26, 2026 – Tema ETFs (“Tema”), a leader in actively managed exchange-traded funds, today announced the launch of the Tema MLCC & PowerSemi ETF (PSOX), the first ETF of its kind.
Multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), which regulate and stabilize power, and power semiconductors, which convert and control electricity, are becoming critical bottlenecks to AI infrastructure. As AI server power requirements rise, MLCC demand is forecast to grow 5x by 2027,1 while the future shift toward 800V DC architectures could drive power semiconductor content per rack more than 11x higher.2 PSOX delivers exposure to the global leaders positioned to benefit from this buildout in a single ETF, including key suppliers in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan that can be difficult for U.S. investors to access directly.
“Power is becoming a defining constraint on AI infrastructure, creating opportunities across a highly specialized global supply chain."
“PSOX offers investors the first MLCC and power semiconductor ETF designed to access global leaders in the space that can otherwise be difficult to own.”
– Yuri Khodjamirian, CFA, Chief Investment Officer of Tema ETFs
PSOX is an extension of Tema’s exclusive partnership with SemiAnalysis, combining Tema’s active investment acumen with SemiAnalysis’ deep research expertise in semiconductors and AI infrastructure.
