NEW YORK, October 1, 2025 — Tema ETFs (“Tema”), the New York-based provider of innovative exchange traded funds (ETFs), today announced the launch of the Tema Alternative Asset Managers ETF. AAUM is the first actively managed U.S.-listed ETF focused on publicly traded asset managers across the private markets’ universe, including key franchises in private equity, private credit, private infrastructure, venture capital and private real estate. Investors including wealth managers increasingly rely on alternative asset classes for portfolio diversification and return potential.

Alternative assets under management have grown rapidly in recent years, from approximately $7.4 trillion in total AUM in 2014 to close to $19 trillion as of the end of 20241. The growth in private markets is also reflected in a growing universe of publicly listed alternative asset managers. These listings present innovative ways for investors to access private markets by investing alongside the listed General Partner Asset Manager instead of investing as a Limited Partner in an Alternative Assets Fund, potentially offering greater liquidity, flexibility and alignment throughout the cycle.

“The alternative asset managers ETF is designed to provide investors with quality exposure to a growing universe of listed privates managers. These privates’ managers retain significant dry powder deployed opportunistically across asset classes. Active management expertise is required to risk manage and identify the winning private markets franchises, as the outcomes between listed managers have historically diverged significantly.”

Kaimon Chung, the portfolio manager on the Alternative Asset Managers ETF (AAUM).

Kaimon has over 20-years alternative asset managers expertise as Wall Street’s top-ranked alternative asset managers analyst, previously working under Glenn Schorr at Evercore.

Carefully consider the Funds’ investment objectives, investment strategies, risk factors, charges and expenses before investing. This and additional information can be found in the Funds’ prospectus, which may be obtained by visiting www.temaetfs.com. Read the prospectus carefully before investing.

As with all funds, a shareholder is subject to the risk that his or her investment could lose money. An investment in the Fund is not a bank deposit and is not insured or guaranteed by the FDIC or any government agency.

Sector Focus Risk: The Fund may invest a significant portion of its assets in one or more sectors, including Financial Sector and FinTech, and thus will be more susceptible to the risks affecting those sectors than funds that have more diversified holdings across several sectors.

Financial Sector Risk: Financial services companies are subject to extensive governmental regulation, which may limit both the amounts and types of loans and other financial commitments they can make, the interest rates and fees they can charge, the scope of their activities, the prices they can charge and the amount of capital they must maintain. Profitability is largely dependent on the availability and cost of capital funds and can fluctuate significantly when interest rates change or due to increased competition. In addition, deterioration of the credit markets generally may cause an adverse impact in a broad range of markets, including U.S. and international credit and interbank money markets generally thereby affecting a wide range of financial institutions and markets.

Investing in foreign and emerging markets involves risks relating to political, economic, or regulatory conditions not associated with investments in U.S. securities and instruments in addition the fund is exposed to currency risk.
