NEW YORK – Tema ETFs ("Tema") announced that its LAZR ETF has increased its Anthropic allocation to 10.5%, coinciding with yesterday's highly anticipated S-1 filing.
LAZR has the highest exposure to Anthropic of any ETF through Series F preferred shares structured in an SPV. The fund does not charge any incremental fees on this exposure and holds the Anthropic valuation at cost, currently $1.4 trillion, until the IPO. Holdings are subject to change.
LAZR has repeatedly increased its Anthropic position ahead of an anticipated November IPO, which media reports suggest could command a record-setting $2 trillion valuation.2
